We are heartbroken to share that Goliath, a brave Chesapeake Bay Retriever who fought so hard, has crossed the Rainbow Bridge. His spirit, strength, and sweet soul touched everyone who followed his journey.

Though Goliath didn’t survive, the love and care he received in his final days were only possible because of the support from people like you. Now, we have a chance to honor his legacy.

A generous supporter has offered to match all donations made in Goliath’s memory to help us cover his $16,000 veterinary hospital bill. That means your gift will go twice as far—every $25 becomes $50, every $100 becomes $200.

Please consider a donation for new shelter rescue, 5 yr. old Mid-Atlantic "Topper." He was just diagnosed as heartworm positive, and he will need some financial help to pay for the 3 months worth of treatment that he'll need to get healthy again.

He's a great, young CBR looking for his 2nd chance at a great life in a new home. Currently with a wonderful foster who will see him through this long medical process.
