❤️🐴 A LITTLE PIECE OF PEACE AT THE BARN…

Today at our Women’s Retreat, someone asked if we could do this EVERY MONTH! 🥹❤️

Not a full-day retreat. Just an evening to brush horses, breathe, relax, and enjoy time for yourself.

💕 Introducing the idea of “Brush & Breathe” at Stable Choice!

🐴 An evening at the barn
❤️ Time to brush and connect with the horses
✨ A chance to slow down and recharge
💵 Just $20 per person

Sometimes we all just need a place to breathe. Maybe the barn can be yours. 🐴💕

To the woman who says "I'm fine" because explaining that she's not would take more energy than she has.

The one who takes care of everybody, remembers everything, and somehow always puts herself at the bottom of the list.

The one who misses feeling like HERSELF.

This is for you. ❤️

What if you gave yourself permission to step away for a day?

No responsibilities. No expectations. No need to have it all figured out.

Just a peaceful setting, meaningful experiences, and the opportunity to reconnect with yourself while learning alongside horses.

We are hosting women's retreats in North Alabama, and would love to share more with you.

You don't have to be falling apart to deserve a break. You don't have to have everything figured out to come.

If your heart needed to hear this today, comment or message me the words "I NEED THIS." ❤️

We are exactly one month away from our next Women’s Retreat!

We have 3 spots left…

Life has a way of pulling women in many directions. Between responsibilities, relationships, work, and caring for others, it can be easy to lose sight of your own rhythm.

Finding Your Stride is a one-day retreat at Stable Choice designed to help you reconnect with yourself, rediscover your confidence, and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

Through guided equine-assisted learning experiences (no riding involved), meaningful reflection, and genuine connection, you will:

• Recognize what may be holding you back from moving forward with confidence
• Explore the power of authentic leadership and self-awareness
• Strengthen trust in yourself and your decisions
• Discover how to navigate life’s challenges with greater intention and resilience
• Reconnect with the pace and path that feels right for you

Horses naturally move with confidence and purpose. They do not rush to keep up with others, nor do they force their way forward. They simply find their stride.

In their presence, you’ll gain insight into your own patterns, strengths, and opportunities for growth while learning what it means to move through life with greater confidence and authenticity.

This retreat is an invitation to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the person you are becoming.

Because the goal isn’t to keep up with everyone else—it’s to find your stride.

Sometimes the best lessons are the ones we model.

With tomorrow’s Extreme Heat Advisory, we’ve decided to cancel our Girls Personal Growth Experience with Horses.

While we hate changing plans, one of the biggest life skills we teach is empathy— learning to recognize when someone else needs us to put their well-being before our own plans.

That includes our horses. They already live out in this heat 24/7, and asking them to work and expend extra energy in these temperatures wouldn’t be fair. Part of being good horse stewards is knowing when they need us to make the decisions for their wellbeing.

The horses spend every session teaching us. Tomorrow, they’re teaching us one more lesson: sometimes caring for others means putting their needs before our own.

Thank you for understanding. We’ll be in touch with our families about the possibility of a makeup session. Stay hydrated and stay cool! 🧊

This video was 9:30 this morning… the afternoon is going to be even worse 🥵

06/24/2026

Yesterday’s session focused on communication, and it was amazing to watch the girls discover that effective communication isn’t just about speaking louder or finding the right words. It’s about being aware of ourselves, listening, and learning how our actions impact those around us.

The best part? These lessons don’t stay with the horses. They carry over into friendships, families, school, work, and everyday life.

Sometimes the most powerful communication lessons come from a 1,200-pound teacher that never says a word. ❤️🐴
