At this point with zero signs or sightings of Octavia, we believe someone has her with the intentions of trying to keep her. IF you have this dog or know who does you should return her.
There is a REWARD for her SAFE RETURN!

She had her collar on with identification tags and she is microchipped! The chip company has been notified she is lost or stolen!
