The Veterinary Dermatology Center strives to provide the most up-to-date dermatological care for our patients in a kind, caring and professional manner. Because many of the diseases we deal with are lifelong, it is also our goal to educate our clients and spend as much time as needed to help them understand and manage their pets’ condition. We feel this helps strengthen the human-animal bond by making our patients happier, more comfortable, and therefore better pets.

🐾 Today we had the pleasure of meeting Salty, a gentle giant Irish Wolfhound 💙

Salty was such a brave boy during his visit, and we are excited to help get to the bottom of his allergy concerns so he can feel his very best. Allergy testing can be an important step in creating a treatment plan tailored specifically to your pet’s needs.

A few months ago, one of our Vet Derm team members stepped in to help an injured owl in need 🦉

With the help of the Audubon Society, the owl received the care it needed to recover. This weekend, she had the incredible opportunity to be part of its release back into the wild; right in her own neighborhood.

Moments like this remind us why we do what we do. Caring for animals doesn’t stop at the clinic; it’s part of who we are every day.

So proud of our team and the compassion they show both in and out of the office 💙

Our office will be closed on Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday.

If your pet will need medication refills, please plan ahead:
🔹 Prescription refills require a 24-hour turnaround time
🔹 Immunotherapy requires 7–10 days to prepare

To avoid any delays, please submit your refill requests as early as possible.
