Equine Care and Barn Chore Help Needed - Our college and high school students will be returning to school.

Part-time Positions Available - 20 hours per week, with additional hours available. Monday through Friday - Mornings 8am to 11am, afternoons 3pm to 4pm.

Come join our dedicated team!

Duties include - cleaning stalls, feeding and watering, turning in/out. Must be reliable and able to lift 50 lbs.

Experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates.

Volunteers Needed! Do you have 2-3 hours once a week to volunteer in our programs? No experience is needed as we provide the training.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table Tuesday night for National Night Out . Special thanks to our volunteers Amy Elizabeth, Janna Neitzel, Mary O'Connell, Sue McCreary and Barb Pettinato! Tawasentha Park Guilderland was beautiful! We hope to see you at our barn soon!

This is Cleo! She's special for many reasons but one in particular is that her breed, Suffolk Punch, is critically endangered.

This means the Suffolk Punch is at high risk for extinction.

Cleo will have a forever home with Victoria Acres and you can help by making a tax deductible donation today for her care and the care of all of the therapists at Victoria Acres! The program that literally runs on their backs costs about $9,700 a month!

The heat has caused lessons to be cancelled day after day, causing a loss of over $6,000 since the beginning of June.

Victoria Acres Equine Facility needs your help.

The heat index has caused 10 days of lessons to be canceled since the beginning of June. That's almost $6,000.00 in revenue lost that we need in order to run our therapeutic programs!

The cost to run our programs each month is approximately $9,700.00. That's feed, hay, farrier, electric, you name it.

July arrived with significant veterinary costs and the unexpected need to replace our goat enclosure.

Come join us on Saturday, July 26th for Movie Night at the Barn!

We will be showing the film Seabiscuit! We’re asking for a $10 donation for adults and a $5 donation for kids 11 and under. Please join us at 7:30pm for a barn tour of Victoria Acres, followed by the movie starting at 8:30pm. Remember to bring your own chairs, snacks and of course bug spray as we will be showing the movie outside – weather permitting. In case of rain the movie will be shown indoors.
