The Animal Hospital is an amazing team, and have always been so supportive. The care they showed us during our most difficult time last Monday was more than I could have imagined.
When you lose a pet, it leaves such a void, but it helps when you have a good team on your side.

Everyone at The Animal Hospital is absolutely wonderful. We’ve been going there for many years, and unfortunately within the last few months, we found out that our beloved pup, Butters, had a mass on his spleen. He declined quickly but the staff was there supporting us every step of the way. Sometimes it was just me calling with questions and needing emotional support. Other times it was me wanting to have him checked quickly to see if we needed immediate action or not and them getting me in the same day.
When the day came that our old man stopped eating, couldn’t control his bladder, and could barely get around on his own, they walked us through every option, while making us feel like it was our own well-informed decision, without feeling rushed off the phone. Once we did need to bring him in so he could peacefully pass, they let us be outside in the sunshine (his favorite place) in his own bed with us right there with him. The care and support towards us and Butters, too, was tremendous. I truly cannot say enough nice things even though it was one of our worst days.
A few more acts of kindness, they made multiple paw print cards 🐾 so that each one of our kiddos could have their own, and sent flowers during our difficult time. They fit in perfectly next to his picture. ❤️
