Right now he's kicking butt in therapy and letting his body heal.

For those that have not heard, 3 weeks ago I had a very bad mountain bike crash that left me paralyzed from my midsection down and very limited use of my hands. I am at Sunnyview rehabilitation in Schenectady for a while, which is the best place I can be. I have started to regain some feeling in my legs but will have to learn to walk again. I will do my best to reply to any questions. Feel free to dm me. If you have my cell I can send voice messages which is much easier. It took about 15 mins to type this. My spirits are high and I'm determined to walk again.

Thank you everyone for your prayers and well wishes.. keep them coming.

Sam remains in good spirits and is eager to move to inpatient rehab which should happen next week.

He will likely be in rehab for several months. As many of you know, Sam loves his coral and has quite the set up at home. He has been actively growing coral at the house with the intention of selling as part of his business.

Over the next few weeks, I will be helping him sell some amazing stuff by taking pictures and posting here. He is unable to care for the tanks himself but has amazing friends who have stepped in to help, however, this is going to be a long recovery so we need to reduce the amount of work.

Please keep an eye out and help us by supporting Sam.

Due to unforseen circumstances, Capital District Aquarium Services must cancel all scheduled services and will not be booking any upcoming services until further notice.

Sam sustained serious injuries after a mountain bike accident and will be in the hospital and rehab for some time. If you know Sam, starting this business and helping people with their tanks means everything to him. He is unable to personally reach out at the moment but sincerely apologizes to everyone.

Please keep him in your thoughts and pray for a full recovery.
