TCAR serves Lincoln, Gaston and surrounding counties. By fixing the animals, we help reduce of strays. You must live within 2 hours from Gastonia, North Carolina to adopt from us.

This baby is Acey! He is about 2 years old and weighs 15 pounds. Acey is a Terrier mix. This baby was hit by a car and picked up by animal control. We were called on a Sunday afternoon and asked if we could take him. Yes. He could not walk, his eye was blood shot and his head had a distinct tilt. I hand fed him and worked to get him walking. Now Acey has a head tilt but does straighten up sometimes! He walks AND runs. Average is neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines.

This is Theodore "Teddy" he is a 14 month old 100% Chocolate Labrador! He is very friendly but he is a big boy! My two year old grandson and my five year old granddaughter are just to small for all of his energy! If you are truly interested in Teddy for your home please call me. COURTESY POST! We do not have this dog!

I take care of 20 acres for an out of state friend. Some one abandoned a young female lab over there, Vet says she is less than a year old. I ended up bringing her home because of the bear that travels through the property every summer. I took her to the vet. I had them vaccinate her for rabies and started her on flee and heart worm prevention. I can not give her any time and do to my other guys, and can not afford to keep her. Can you please help her and me find her a home. She is very sweet, very playful and also amazing with other dogs.
