“Fill the Bowls, Feed the Souls” 🐾
A Community Pet Food Drive for New Mexico’s Rural Shelters.
Simply Diego’s and Lap Dog Rescue of NM are teaming up to help local shelters and animal control facilities that are struggling to keep food bowls full during these difficult times.
Together, Simply Diego’s and Lap Dog Rescue are each donating 500 pounds of food to kick off the drive — but we need our community’s help to keep it going!
This donation drive will benefit:
🐶 Town of Edgewood Animal Control
🐶 Moriarty Animal Control
🐶 Torrance County Animal Control
Smaller, rural shelters are facing especially tough challenges right now. Rising costs, overcrowding, and fewer donations mean many animals are relying on community support now more than ever.

🛒 Donate Food Online
$15 = One case of wet food
$25 = One large bag of food
$50 = Two large bags of food
We’ve made donating easy through Simply Diego’s online store.

Community members who would like to donate pet food directly can drop off donations at:

All donated food will be collected, stored, and distributed to the shelters and animal control facilities in need.
