DOGSTAR ONLINE SUMMER SKILLS TRAINING!
THREADLES!

If you don't know what a "threadle" is yet but you are on track to compete, or your goals are heading towards UKI/Premier/ISC types of courses, this class is for you.

If you say the words "in in" because you hear others saying it but your dog does the desired behavior about half the time, this class is for you.

If you are ready to proof your training and and take it to the next level, this class is for you.

This course is on a Facebook platform and is a train at your own pace class. All lessons are already loaded. Unlimited feedback and video review is available from June 15th-September 15th. Class info will be available indefinitely.

Class will include step by step lessons on teaching a threadle slice, threadle wrap (flick) and threadle rear cross on a jump. Exercise setups and drills are included to proof your skills.

RISING STARS SUMMER SCHOOL with Bridget Thomas

New puppy? "Teenager"? New to Agility? Join me this summer for fun foundation skills, trick training games, beginner agility skills, and more. Basically all the things I find important in bringing up an amazing agility partner!

This class will be suitable for puppies ten weeks and older, up to young dogs to fourteen months. Age appropriate alternatives will be included in each exercise to make it work for younger or more advanced pups. Older dogs new to agility are also welcome to participate.

- Foundation skills: (ex: reverse retrieves, finding heel position, barrel/cone work, impulse control games, cavaletti/fitness work, retrieve to hand, etc)
- Beginner agility exercises: age appropriate handling exercises for small spaces, intro to jumping, barrel work, etc. will be included each week
- Tricks: tricks to grow your agility skills, your dog's proprioception and fitness, and building an amazing relationship along the way
Lessons will consist of video demonstrations, lectures, step-by-step instructions, diagrams, troubleshooting, and more.

The lessons will be posted to a private FB group and will be available indefinitely. You can work at your own pace. Unlimited videos may be submitted for video review and feedback. If you are the kind of person that videos *everything*, have at it. Feedback will run the length of the course, June 15th through September 15th.

Each week there will be a Zoom Q&A/catch-up meeting for those interested. We'll talk training, troubleshoot any issues you're having, and cheer for all of your successes! This course will give you specific skills to concentrate on with as much help as you want along the way.
