We are a brand new 43 acre premier dressage facility with 4 stall spaces opening in Newberry, FL next month.

🔹Oversized covered arena with full mirrors and fleet footing

🔹12x12 matted stalls with automatic waters and STABLE GRAZERS-automatic hay feeders that drop hay/feed on timers. Your horse never goes without hay for more than 4 hours!

🔹Groomed woods trails and gallop track

🔹Large 1 acre+ separate grass paddocks with hotwire. Day/night turnout as needed

🔹25 minutes from Gainesville/University of Florida, 40 minutes from WEC Ocala, 5 minutes from Alachua Country Equestrian Center- monthly recognized shows!

🔹$1600 Full Board Only. 24/7 onsite professional care. Vet Clinic close by.

🎅🏼 Christmas is coming! One of our grooms are a Santa Fe High School FFA member and selling Poinsettias for their annual fundraiser.

🐴 Coot Hill Farm sponsors an Exceptional Equestrian scholarship each year to a Santa Fe FFA member with an outstanding Equine Science SAE (Supervised Agricultural Experience). As FFA alumni, we want to give back to the students by honoring an exceptional young horseman or horsewoman!

🎄 Why buy poinsettias from Publix or Lowes when you can support the kids and your local FFA chapter for a great price?!

Wow what a week! Region 3 Championship was a huge success. Between CHF and SRF we took 9 horses, showing every level Training-Grand Prix respectively. Congratulations to everyone 🏆🌟

Join us for a 45 minute session with Shelley Van den Neste USDF Diamond Achievement rider, International FEI competitor, and trainer.

Work on polishing up your test or freestyle, or just work on the basics! Training level-Grand Prix.

$200 per 45 minute lesson

$10 to audit per day *bring your own chair
