🤩👏 to the Jockey Club TIP Championships here in Aiken, starring over 200 horses across 42 divisions and riders from 18 different states!!

We took four horses over three days and brought home two Championships, two Reserve Championships and a ribbon in almost every class. 🥂

🏆 Champion: Nancy Rose’s “Belongs to Teufer” (Age 16) in his Dressage Division, winning both of his classes with Darrell Vaughn
🏆 Champion: Jean Bickley’s “Ballerino” aka George, (Age 17) in his Jumper Division, winning two classes, a 2nd and a 3rd with Darrell
⭐️ Reserve Champion: “Ballerino” in his Combined Test Division with Darrell
⭐️ Reserve Champion: Jean’s “Radiant Child (IRE)” aka Dudley (Age 8) in his Combined Test Division with Darrell
👏 Ribboned: Dudley with his mother in some classes 🥰
👏 Ribboned: Ella Caproni’s “Memphis Magic" aka Elvis (Age 4) in his very first big horse show, competing in both a CT and hunter division. Ella and Elvis were great and their future is bright!

In Hand: All horses placed in very large divisions : 3rd, 3rd, 6th and 4th respectively

The horses looked amazing and performed consistently three days in a row in large divisions. We are very proud of them and are happy to represent well, and support The Jockey Club T.I.P. program year-round as aftercare and new jobs for horses post-racing is so important.

The T.I.P. Championships are a magnificent opportunity to showcase the versatility, adaptability, and perseverance of the Thoroughbred breed. Special thank you to Kristin Werner, administrator of T.I.P for putting on such a special Championship and to Stable View for hosting us at such your wonderful local facility. We are so fortunate and appreciative of your hard work and that of your team year-round.
