🤩 Our Horse Sport Maryland Bred To Event Classic saw some very special awards handed out! Thank you to Horse Sport Maryland for presenting two US Event Horse Futurity Awards with prize money from HSMD as well as Elizabeth Calahan, and thank you Marcia Brody for presenting the Best Cleveland Bay awards!

Highest scoring yearling was Frame Brulée and Martin Douzant The Frame Sport Horses and the highest scoring two-year-old was Halston with Kristi McKinley.

💔 In Loving Memory of Joe Renehan, Master Builder at Loch Moy Farm.

It is with deep sadness that we say goodbye to Joe Renehan, the master builder behind every ring, every mound, every water jump and ditch here at Loch Moy Farm.

Joe quite literally shaped the ground beneath our feet. With tireless dedication, he moved every inch of dirt, building the courses and features that have challenged and inspired countless riders over the years.

Rest in peace, Joe.

🛻🛻🛻 We're looking for a charitable partner to help manage our gate/parking for Oct 3-5 as well as Sunday Oct 12. We would need at least 6 assertive adults to help direct the parking as well as at least 1 adult (kids welcome to join, but not on their own) at the front entrance. Bring a pop-up tent, table, chairs, brochures or a handout on what your group is involved in and something to collect donations. The day usually runs about 6:30am-2pm. If this sounds great for your group, reach out to Carolyn at 301-514-0111.

🚨 We need your support! We are $3,500 short of being able to give 3 travel grants to help bring top horse & riders to compete at the MARS Maryland CCI5* this October. EVERY bit helps! If 35 people give $100, or 100 people give just $35, every dollar donated will help.

The Maryland International Equestrian Foundation (MIEF) has a unique opportunity to elevate 5* eventing, showcase world-class talent and bring attention to the sport here in the US.
