‼️DAY 5‼️👌🙌

Marley the Bulldog is showing encouraging progress—gaining confidence while becoming more calm, controlled, and attentive, even around busy surroundings. He is also improving in his leash work, gradually learning to walk without pulling and building consistency in loose leash walking.

A great effort and meaningful progress for Marley. 👏🙌

Working on door/gate threshold training with Marley. 🚪🐕

This exercise teaches the dog to pause, stay calm, and wait for permission before moving through a doorway or gate. Instead of rushing out impulsively, Marley is learning to control his excitement, stay focused, and look to the handler for direction.

We’re building clarity and consistency—waiting at the threshold, maintaining position despite distractions, and only moving when given a clear release command.

You can see the progress as Marley becomes more patient, attentive, and easier to command, showing better understanding, control, and overall obedience with each session.

Day #2: Teaching Marley the importance of door/gate threshold control 🐾

In this session, we worked on building calmness, focus, and discipline at the gate—no more rushing out, no more chaos. Instead, Marley is learning to wait, stay composed, and move only with permission.

This may look simple, but this exercise is a foundation for real control. It helps prevent unwanted behaviors like bolting, overexcitement, and lack of focus.

Keep in mind: a well-behaved dog isn’t just trained—it’s guided with clarity, consistency, and proper leadership.
