Foundations Plus is Designed specifically for those dogs and handlers who have competed in Novice and Intermediate Trials and now getting ready to level up to Advanced!

This course covers all those vital foundational skills needed to prepare your dog for their next challenge.

This course is designed to minimize problems from arising through more complex search puzzles such as multiple hides and distractions.

Moving from one hide to multiple can be a very big jump for both you and your dog which can create unnecessary frustration for you both which can lead to those frustrating false alerts.

What Is Covered:
Imprinting New Target Odour - Lemon Grass
Indication from a distance
Intro to multiple hides and “search on command.”
Multiple odour searches.
Odour mixtures.
Searching Out of Odour.
Distraction Odours.
Blank Searches and No Odour Indication
Dedication to Odour.

We couldn't be prouder of the teams who competed this weekend at UHDTC scent trial...

and Pixie rocked their very first Trial getting 5/5 searches on Saturfay and 4/4 searches on Sunday as well as a judges choice!

and Bertie got 5/5 searches on their first trial day along with a merit award for their container search..

Madam Princess also got 4/4 of her searches..

and Toru also did incredible work getting 5/5 off theor searches..

Bodhi blew me away with 5/5 searches on Saturday with 2x merit awards.
cheramie and pretty GG also aced all their searches on Saturday as well as a Judges Choice!

These teams have put lots of work into their scent detection journey and Sam and I are beyond blessed to be part of that with you all!
