🚛 Horse Truck Wanted to make galavanting around with the horses, dogs and small child easier 😂

Also have Triple Angle Float for sale or part exchange if of interest to anyone.

In no rush but quietly on the lookout for a suitable truck;

- Class 2

- Suitable for 3 big horses or 4 smaller - bonus if it has adjustable dividers.

- Reasonable sized living (room for the Portacot 🤣) with a bed in Luton.

- Reasonable storage

- Shower (in the horse area fine)

- Ideally room to sleep more on fold out seating or sleeper cab.

- Crawl through would be great.

- Diesel heater or room to install one

Must be safe, tidy, and mechanically sound.

Budget around 50k (maybe a little stretch for something ideal)

Prefer something already located in the South Island for ease of viewing and transport, but will look at North if it's easy to fly in close!

We are looking at offering some of our riding school ponies for part lease.

Open to adults or kids - any age of rider

Must be capable of/have parents that can help with being in sole charge of a pony e.g catching, grooming , tacking up, riding unassisted.

Lease option to include;

• 1 group lesson
• 2 other riding sessions unassisted (hacking or in arena)

I am attempting to be organised and give myself a head start on the jigsaw puzzle that is arranging 50 kids into a lesson schedule for next term!

I will aim to touch base with everyone in the next week... to help me excel at being organised, can you please get in touch as soon as possible if;

* You rode this term & would like to shuffle day/time

* You don't want your slot for term 3 😢

* You missed this term due to winter sports (or the cold weather) 😂 and would like to slot back in for term 3.

Black River Tiger Lily

Miss Tiggy is here to be started under saddle, and I had my first sit onboard today!

I have taken my time to get to this point, as she was a very shy mare when she arrived, who wasn't interested in being my friend, and had a lot to take in with a completely new environment to where she grew up, and it being so busy up here!

We've been doing short little bursts of work with her and given her lots of time to process and digest inbetween and it's paying off!

Starting to have a mare who's enjoying the attention and trying hard to be on my team. 🧡

3 day camp
9am - 3pm daily.
Beginner to intermediate
$450

- Week 2 | 7th - 9th July
3 day camp
9am till 3pm daily
Intermediate to Advanced
Must be confident cantering, jumping and riding out the arena.
$450

All camps will focus on fun and include a variety of riding activities, horsemanship, team games, quiz's, obstacle courses, scavenger hunts and more!

We can provide accommodation on site available for your own horse for the week if needed.

Please if you want to come, get in quick as spaces really don't last long and we are limiting our number to smaller groups.

WANTED: First Hack

Looking on behalf, for one of my students.

They are in no rush, but starting to put feelers out to see what's around;

• Happy with green or OTT but must be broken in, with a sensible nature, and a good work ethic.

• Ideally no bigger than 16hh, her legs aren't the longest 😂

• Between 4 - 10yrs ish

• Will be brought on to be an all rounder, with the aim to SJ and event.

Small budget max 2️⃣k but great experienced home with rider who has regular lessons and has brought her current pony on from green broken. 💚

It has been a busy month... I keep promising myself I'll be better at the Facebook updates this year, but I haven't managed yet! 😂😂

We've enjoyed the sun when it's been out, I do enjoy this time of year as the young horses come into work , and there's a break from competing! Pippa has enjoyed bossing everyone around and attempting to run the show along with her dogs 🐶

As well as our busy lesson schedule we have also managed to fit in:

• 3 ponies sold and headed off to their new homes, Agent, Bandit and Rum!

• 3 lovely client horses here for starting; Nelson (a firm favourite), Moxie and Tiggy! They have all made great progress 🥰

3 new additions; Bounce - to join the riding school team, Roxy - a new addition to my team so Sarah can keep the ride on Tex 😂😂 and Milo - who's actually been hiding in the paddock for a while, but now Bandits gone she's finally properly in work with Sharn!

Helen Ensor Jumping Clinic this weekend!
10th and 11th May.

Timaru - Thrive Equine, Doake Road.

A couple of last minute spots available if anyone is keen!

Helen is a super coach for all ages and stages, Show Jumpers, Show Hunters, Hunters, Pony Club riders etc.

If there is enough interest we can continue to get her back regularly.

It's not often we have instructors come to Timaru so it would be awesome if we could keep getting her back!!

Private or group lessons available.
