Expressions of interest invited for horse grazing at Hadlow Rd - Taiko end

Currently being developed into horse-friendly paddocks with facilities including:

Hay shed with adjoining feed shed and rug room
Container fitted out as a tack shed
Grass arena with a selection of show jumps
Float parking available
Good country road riding with good verges
Would suit a range of horses and ponies, including retired horses needing a peaceful and practical setup.
Ideal for owners looking for a friendly, horse-focused environment.

Great to be out at the last event of the Canterbury season with two horses finally!

Mr Bee had a run around the 2* Non Champs class - for his first competition back since December - to finish 3rd! He was super all weekend and really feeling better, happier and more rideable than ever, even if we were a wee bit slow on XC (sorry Bee 🤣🤣🤦🏻‍♀️)

Roxy did her 4th event, and while still very green she was super round the Prebbleton Vets 95cm, clear XC and tried super hard all weekend! Much to work on over winter but very excited to get her doing more next season!!

Massive thanks to all the hardworking committee, volunteers and sponsors who make these weekends happen!

Jumping Lessons!

Thursday 16th and Friday 17th April

Day 1: SJ Lessons

Day 2: XC Lessons at Geraldine PC Grounds (Orari).

Suitable for adults and children, of all levels looking to improve their jumping, get some eventing practise in, or just have a fun few days and try something new.

Lessons will be run in groups (max 4) and be 1.5hr sessions

$75 per lesson plus ground fee.

Privates may be availible depending on spaces.

For those that don't know me, I am currently eventing at 3* level, and really enjoy coaching all levels of rider, with the aim to improve confidence, ride ability and have fun at the same time!!

Fun weekend at the John Jones Steel Eventing Canterbury Two Day Event.

Roxy stepped up to 95 at her 3rd ever eventing start - although i'm not sure the first one counts, we walked home on the XC and didnt get to show jump 😅🤣

She was super, and tried her best all weekend, worked out some tricky questions and will have learnt a lot for next time!

A couple of last minute spots available.

Helen is a super coach for all ages and stages, Show Jumpers, Show Hunters, Hunters, Pony Club riders etc.

It's not often we have instructors come to Timaru so it would be awesome if we could keep getting her back!!
