We are thrilled to announce that Te Aroha Hack and Hunters are donating $1000 to sponsor a Kaimanawa!! They are such amazing ponies we feel it only right to do what we can to help.
The muster is not far away so if you can spare anything please donate to the givealittle link on the Kaimanawa Legacy Foundation so they can save as many horses as possible.

In less than 24 hours, thanks to the generous donations from the public (through Givealittle, PayPal and direct bank transfers), we've almost raised enough to save three excess, unassigned, mature horses! This is on top of the first $43,000, which is dedicated to saving the 43 stockpiled horses waiting for trainer rotations.

This really is life changing for these horses, as last night, when applications closed at 9pm, only about half of the 279 wild horses needing to be removed from the Kaimanawa Ranges were safe.

As a charity, we're committed to saving as many excess, unassigned horses, as possible. Although it's too late to apply for a horse, you can still help us save one by donating.
• Every $2,500 raised saves a juvenile.
• Every $5,000 raised saves a mature mare or stallion.

These horses will be taken in by Kaimanawa Legacy Foundation, trained for 5+ months, and carefully rehomed.

No matter how big or small your contribution, every dollar helps rewrite the fate of a horse.

What a day we had. Massive numbers again but so rewarding to see smiles all around all day.
I would just like to thank our Amazing judges, Stewards and Helpers as well as all you amazing competitors, especially those who offered to lend a hand.
Not only was I very impressed by the standard of riding but also by the resilience shown by those who had a few tests with their horses and ponies. So well done to you all.
I apologise I do not have the results tonight but will get them out over the next few days.

Twilight Jumping Results!!

Before I add the results, I just want to take the time to congratulate all riders this series, it was a real pleasure to see everyone enjoying their ponies so much and displaying a lot of empathy to your trusty steeds who tried so hard to please.

I also want to highlight what a wonderful sight to see Maxime Clarkin Showing everyone ringside if you want to achieve something, all you need is determination and a smile. Max rode wonderfully with one arm, (I heard it took the judge half a round to notice😉). He is quite the polo player too!! And to add to that, the cute little roan had only just learnt to jump!! What an inspiration you are to us all Maxime👏👏😄

Our lovely group of riders this morning in the first lesson with Sue Russell. I forgot about the Judges' Choice ribbons. It happens! We will announce the recipient later. Hopefully they will be excited to receive it whenever it is presented. It's great that Courtney was able to capture some photos of the riders in action. Hopefully they will appreciate having these memories of their lesson.
