With fireworks popping up over the next few days, now is a good time to think about how you can help your horse feel a little more comfortable and prepared.

For some horses, fireworks are no big deal. For others, the unexpected bangs and flashes can be a real source of stress (not only for the horses but for us owners too)

While we can’t control the fireworks, there are things we can do to help our horses through it. ❤️

🐴 Consider calming support if your horse is prone to anxiety.
🏡 Check fencing, gates and paddocks are secure.
👀 Keep an extra eye on your horse during periods when fireworks are likely.
💚 Try bring them inside away from the noise, if that is an option.
