Cost effective Maintenance for Rental Properties!

Before maintenance: Window glass broken, no putty glass held in by tec screws, hinge rusted shut, small amount of rot, all M & T joints compromised and loose.

After maintenance: Glass replaced with new pane and putty. Hinges removed wire brushed and lubed with CRC. Rot removed and bogged. M & T Joints re-glued and pulled together with 2 per join 100mm x 14g bugle screws. Primed and painted. This was a 2-hour job and gave the tenants full function of their toilet window.

Solid Garden Shed 1.6m x 3m x 1.8m
Built on H4 treaded skids with a 150 x 50 H3 floor and insulated from the damp ground with a polythene sheet. This floor is heavy and robust!
100x50 H3 framing and clad with colour steel corrugated iron. Roof is also colour steel with one sheet Corrugated Polycarbonate as a sky light.
Cut off site, built on site in a day. I serve Hokitika, Greymouth, Westport or anywhere in between.
$2 500 total including transport
