Drop Off and Pick Up Times:

8.00am-9.00am - Mon- Sun
5.00pm - 6.00pm - Mon - Sun

If you need to come outside these hours…

We are happy to organise our schedule around you picking your pets up out of hours but ONLY if you arrive at the time stated. We exercise full paddocks of dogs and if your pet is waiting for you when we do this, they will get upset. If you arrive while we are doing this, the

paddock dogs will bark and fight. If you tell us what time you will be here, we will reschedule our day for you, but if you aren’t here at that time. Sorry, but you’ll have to come back at the next drop off/pick up hour. This is a safety issue and a noise control issue. That’s our fair deal for out of hours pick up.

Our cattery has been purposely built as a home away from home for cats. They get half a normal size room to themselves with outside areas to stretch while Kate cleans them out. Goldfish and cat nip keep them entertained on their breaks, but carpet scratch walls and huge window sills with cushions in every half room.
