Unfortunately a pale ginger cat has crossed the rainbow bridge and was found on Doyle Street in Blaketown, Greymouth. If you are the owner or you know where they belong please contact the centre directly on 03 768 5223 or 0226958821.

Our SPCA Mobile Desexing Clinic is purpose-built to provide veterinary care for communities around New Zealand – even ones that are more isolated than most!

Snippy recently travelled to the West Coast town of Karamea to provide desexing, wellness checks, and other vet treatments to residents and their pets. We desexed 39 cats and dogs over five days, preventing the births of an additional 144 kittens and puppies and reducing the burden on a town already struggling with stray overpopulation.

We're trying to locate the owner of this striking cat, which has been hanging around Kaniere Road, across from the petrol station.

A deceased medium-haired tabby female cat is in care of West Coast Vets, Greymouth. They were located near Charles Court Motel, Paroa. Unfortunately no microchip.

🖤 𝗣𝘀𝘀𝘀𝘁… 𝗗𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗯𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝘀?
They’re basically tiny panthers... with maximum smooch levels, built-in elegance, and big purr energy.

Right now, we’ve got a whole squad of sleek black beauties here at 𝗛𝗼𝗸𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗸𝗮 𝗦𝗣𝗖𝗔 — mamas and kittens, all sweet, playful, and fab with other cats. They're cousins (sort of), and they’re all looking for their forever homes.

Think snuggles, zoomies, and a little glamour—wrapped in shiny black fur.
Bonus: they match everything in your house. 😉
