My basic recipie 1 cup sugar add to3 eggs and beat together wellAdd 1/2to 3/4 cup lemon juice and zestStir continuously...

1 cup sugar add to
3 eggs and beat together well
Add 1/2to 3/4 cup lemon juice and zest
Stir continuously on a low heat until it thickens then add 60gms of butter
Pour into clean hot jars...Yum!

Good old fashioned lemon honey.Excellent for toast or a multitude of desserts.
