On Tuesday, 16th September, we are offering FREE 15 minute osteopathy consultations for your pets between 8:00am and 5:00pm at Glenfield Veterinary Clinic.

Osteopathy is a non invasive and natural solution that can be beneficial for your pet experiencing discomfort, stiffness, or pain. even when no obvious pain is present, it can be useful to prevent and enhance the animal's health and quality of life.

Cookie is a beautiful, super sweet 2 year old tortoiseshell girl who adores face smushes, cozy snuggles, and curling up under blankets. She is clinically healthy with no known medical conditions.

Cookie was sadly surrendered due to some stress related urination and bowel issues, which developed after her previous owners were away and there was tension with another cat in the home.

We’re hoping to find Cookie a calm, loving home where she can truly thrive as the only pet. If you think Cookie might be the perfect match for you, we’d absolutely love to hear from you! ❤️

Yesterday morning we had this handsome ginger boy brought into the clinic. he is very friendly and has fluffy ginger fur with a white chest and paws, he is not desexed, and has no microchip. We estimate he’s over 5 years old.

Found near Stanley Road, Glenfield. He had quite a few mats in his fur, so we’ve given him a shave for comfort.

This distinguished old fellow has spent his life bringing joy to others. A resident of a retirement village, he made his rounds daily, offering cuddles to anyone who needed them. Over the years, he’s had five loving owners—always finding his way into a new heart and home when life moved on.

Now in his twilight years, Paddy has some manageable health issues and can no longer stay at the village. He’s currently living at the veterinary clinic, but what he needs a quiet home and a warm lap to call his own. He’s gentle, affectionate, and still has plenty of love to give.

If you have a soft spot for old souls and a cozy spot on the couch, Paddy would be forever grateful to spend his final chapter with you.

Come meet him—you might just find he’s been waiting for you all along.

Found Dog

This afternoon, a handsome male dog was brought into us after being found wandering around the Glenfield Mall carpark. He looks like a black Labrador, very friendly and well-fed, and appears to be an adult (exact age unknown).

He isn’t microchipped and had no collar or tags just a chain leash with a red handle shown in picture below.

If you recognise him or know where he belongs, please get in touch or come by the clinic before we close today, as we are unable to legally keep dogs overnight. We'd love to get him home!

FOUND KITTEN – ARCHERS ROAD AREA

This morning, a member of the public brought in this adorable little boy who was found hiding under a car just off Archers Road.

He appears to be around 5 months old, is not desexed, and unfortunately has no microchip, collar, or ID tags.

He’s very friendly and playful, and we’d love to reunite him with his family.

This afternoon a member of the public brought a beautiful but nervous female dog into the clinic. She appears to be a black Lab cross and was found wandering on Chivalry Road.

She’s wearing a blue collar but unfortunately has no microchip.

A lovely black male Labrador was brought into our clinic this morning after being found wandering around Normanton Park, just around the corner from us.

He’s wearing a blue collar with council tags and is very friendly, though a little nervous. He is microchipped, but unfortunately, the chip isn’t registered.

UPDATE: Owner Found

This very friendly young male ginger cat was brought into our clinic by a member of the public after being found near Glenfield, not far from our clinic He has some scratches and wounds and is quite skinny.

He’s short-haired, around 11 months to 1 year old, and unfortunately doesn’t have a microchip or any form of identification. He also hasn’t been desexed.
