Looking forward to being at the Waipu Village Market this Sunday 9-1pm.

I have lots of lovely doggie gear, including warm jackets made from vintage NZ wool blankets, vest harnesses, snuggle vests, raincoats, collars & leads, bandanas, bow ties, towelies (bath-robes), dog blankets and lots more…..Waipu tartan dog gear too!

4 Velvet Paws will be located by the side door so you can bring your doggies to the door for fittings or measuring for a custom perfect fit jacket (my trusty tape measure is always with me 😊) and I have lots of beautiful blankets to choose from for custom jackets.

I’ve just finished making these beautiful dog jackets from a stunning vintage New Zealand wool blanket paired with a contrasting black wool yoke.

Made with quality and durability in mind, each jacket features:
• Vintage NZ wool blanket outer
• Quality cotton lining
• Strong Velcro closures
• Double top-stitching for strength and longevity
• Beautiful tailored darts at the back for a comfortable, flattering fit
• Handmade with care

I’ve just finished making these beautiful dog jackets from a stunning vintage New Zealand wool blanket in the classic tartan. This is a lovely thick blanket, making these jackets extra warm and perfect for the cooler months.

Hot off the press and made this week — I’ve just finished these gorgeous tartan vest harnesses, beautiful quality fabric, offering some extra warmth and style!
Piccadilly Plaid 🩵💜💖

I’ve had so much wonderful feedback from customers about how great these harnesses are for walking their dogs.

✨ Why dogs (and owners) love them:
• No chafing
• Comfortable and breathable
• No pulling or neck choking
• Much easier to put on than traditional hanesses
• Fully adjustable and fit nicely

Dogs are relaxed and happy wearing them — and happy dogs make happy walks!

This is the only harness I use to walk my own dogs, and I wouldn’t use anything else (they also come in fancy denim designs)

S 4-8kgs
M 7-12kgs
L 12-20kg

She’s looking like such a sweetie in her brand new 4 Velvet Paws vest harness, made in beautiful herringbone tweed wool. 🤍

Lily will be warm and cosy through winter, while staying safe and secure on her walks too.
