Hello! We have a lot of new faces around here, mind blown at the number of new followers!
I thought it was time I got my a into g, and said HI!

My name is Zoe, and I am the owner of the Raw Dog Food Co., here I am pictured with one of my boxer dogs Maxi.

With so many new followers, I thought it was time for a quick intro!
Along with my husband Jason and daughter Maiya, we are the proud owners of The Raw Dog Food Co. based in South Auckland but shipping nationwide.
A business we kind of fell into following some major food issues with one of our dogs.

The journey from our own dogs health, has grown into helping others with theirs.

We have made it our mission to help people with their pets food issues and offer premium quality product for their pets domestically in NZ which is more commonly reserved only for the export market. We believe in “as nature intended” and “you are what you eat” being applicable to our pets as well.

Our product focus at The Raw Dog Food Co. is around single protein options, as a vast amount of our clients have dogs with food allergies. By keeping away from multiple product blends, we literally have options to cater for all.
Outside of work, I am either practicing something I have learnt at dog training, dog walking or being hockey mum or math's tutor to Maiya! I recently added dog showing to my weekend schedule, and am really enjoying the steep learning curve on ring craft!

I feel super proud of where we are today – over 180 5 star google reviews, over 400 5 star website revews, 100s of subscribers, many more repeat customers and an amazing team of staff!

Our Story!

As loving dog owners we’ve experienced first hand the amazing health benefits that come from a 100% raw diet with our dogs. All of our dogs have moved from dried grain–based food to raw food over the last few years and I can say with my hand on my heart that they are happier, healthier, glossier and more energetic. There are no health issues presenting themselves and their teeth are gleaming and white. They are without unwanted bad breath or body fat. All three of them are shining examples of domestic dogs eating the diet that they were always meant to eat.

Like most people we were lead to believe that dog food came in a bag from a pet shop or your local vet. It was presented in a way that made us believe that this bag contained all that was required for the perfect healthy dog.

As our thinking changed and we trialled the balanced raw food diet we became extremely interested in the idea of getting more involved in spreading the word about the amazing benefits of real dog care through real raw food.

And all of this has now lead us to deciding to start The Raw Dog Food Company. It’s a simple idea…“Provide an easy website where newbies can learn and the indoctrinated can benefit through well researched information, pure food and easy buying…delivered the same day as your order”.
