🐾 Furry Football World Cup Competition! ⚽️

Winter might feel a little blah, but our dogs always keep us connected — and so does sport. So we’ve combined the two for an epic, tail‑wagging social media event running right across the Football World Cup. That starts this Friday!

We’re looking for 48 dog accounts to join our Instagram competition today.

🗓 How it works
Thursday 11 June: All 48 dog accounts will be randomly matched with a Football World Cup qualifying nation.

Each pup will be placed into the official World Cup Group Draws - and sent their representing nation in their group to follow along.

⭐️ As the nations face off on the field, we’ll share the dog‑vs‑dog matchups in our stories — giving your dog account fun exposure and plenty of moments to shine

On World Cup Final Day, the two top doggos representing the final nations will go head‑to‑head on our page to decide the ultimate champion.

🏆 Winner revealed as the winning nation that will be lifting the cup when the final whistle blows on
19 July 2026

🎁 $100 online store voucher and more importantly bragging rights 😆

🎥 Want to show off your dog’s skills?
If your pup has any football tricks for treats — dribbling, paw‑passes, goal‑kicks, or just adorable chaos — feel free to share them. We’ll happily feature these moments throughout the competition.

We’ll fill any remaining spots with pups from our community and the doggy daycares we support — so all 48 competing nations will have a furry representative.

Feeding East Tāmaki’s furry friends 🐾✨

You’ve probably already met Dave’s humans — but if not, Alex and Heather are the faces you’ll have spotted at the market stall, in Our Wee shop, or at your door on your dogs delivery day in Auckland.

Here we are — rarely caught in a photo together because we’re always on the go... heads down tails up making it all happen from product to delivery.

So huge congrats to Business East Tamaki who managed snap us together (and scored some dog snacks in the process) while we were setting up our new shop in January 2026.

Even better, they’ve shared the story behind the brand, our story of how it all began in 2022 and how our team of two humans and a dog name Dave stays guided by their mission.
