We are thrilled to invite you to our Fourth Annual Dog Grooming Seminar hosted by the fabulous Cathy Wallace and myself, Leanne Kingsbury! Join us for a weekend of hands-on learning and practical techniques in beautiful Dunedin.

This seminar is designed for the every day pet groomer focusing on the commercial side of everyday salon pet grooming. Discover new grooming hacks, and explore diverse methods. We want to teach you how to be more efficient, practical, how to get those faces round, we want to show you all the tricks of the trade we have gathered in our combined 60 years of grooming (Cathy 35 years, Leanne 25 years). We will showcase everyday salon grooming techniques, covering everything from start to finish, including:

Bathing prep work
Nail trimming
Full haircuts
De-sheds
Relevant topics

You’ll see us grooming a variety (6 per day from start to finish, the wash and dry work included) of salon dogs, including wool coats, drop coats, shave offs and addressing knots. We’ll also dive into popular salon styles, such as teddy faces and breed standards like schnauzers, with a focus on practical applications.

- Accounting advice from a registered accountant
- Delicious lunch served
- Exciting goodie bags for all participants
- A fun, interactive learning environment with real-time demonstrations!
