Emergencies don't wait, and neither should you. 🐾

Knowing a few basic first aid steps can make a real difference in the minutes before you're able to reach a vet. It won't replace professional care, but it can help you stay calm and act quickly when it matters most.

👑 For cuts or scrapes, gently clean with saline or lukewarm water and apply light pressure to stop bleeding. Avoid alcohol or hydrogen peroxide.
👑 If choking, check the mouth for a visible object. Don't reach in blindly if you can't see it, and get to a vet immediately.
👑 For heatstroke, move your pet to a cool area and use a damp towel to cool them gradually. Never use ice cold water.
👑 If you suspect poisoning, do not induce vomiting unless instructed by a vet. Call immediately for guidance.
👑 For limping or a suspected fracture, limit movement and transport your pet carefully without touching the area roughly.
