We are back with lamb tomorrow ..at Airfield Estate 9 to 2.30 friday saturday.
Not good news on the sweetcorn front ..
not thriving in this heatwave needs alot of rain ..so there is none ..simple so we plough on ..Sept may be more positive but for now none ..
We preservere ....apples stressed too but you know we can only control what we control ..so we keep going..

Into the hedgerows they go when the grass is scarce..the lambs eat the herbs, shoots and leaves..they also love the orchard bed and try to reach for the low hanging apples..

Rachel Allen first met us at Taste of Dublin 2012! So it was great to catch up again Taste of Wicklow 2026! ..Rachel cooked a rack of our new season lamb..we had lovely chats.Also the lovely Catherine Fulvio cooked lamb steaks..
Lots of fun was had.Lovely to meet new customers today.Thank you for supporting us.xx

At the abbey grounds Rachel Allen cooking a rack and Catherine Fulvio cooking lamb steaks..Meeting more of my food heros today!

A reminder we are starting our new season lamb at Wicklow Naturally this weekend .Sunday 12th only but it does run all weekend.
You can preorder and collect at the Abbey grounds or see you there.11am to 4pm.
Back at Airfield Estate Friday the 17th..9.to 2.30pm.Looking forward to seeing everyone.

Ok time to get back to work ..Enough of just smelling the roses and watching the hollyhocks pop!
'The Lamb lady' is back.Starting at Taste of Wicklow Wicklow Naturally next weekend ( we are there Sunday only ) we will have our new season lamb..applejuice ..if you want to pick up or order and collect get in touch 0862797089.
Then its back to Airfield Estate July 17th friday and Saturday until Christmas.
Looking forward to seeing all at either place .
There are 30 producers present so meet the makers! It is on at the lovely refurbished Abbey grounds Wicklow

The one and only Jake law baling up for us.Himself and Sam Ronan Byrne Peter Vickers Ciaran foley were all together in pony camp years ago.How great to see him again .
They were a riot at camp! Edwina O Connor Lyn Clements tore their hair out!!
