And that's it for 2021!!

What a strange and frustrating year it has been. I know how difficult it has been for so many people as we continue on this bizarre ride. I would just like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported my work over the last year.

Your furry friends have been such a joy for me throughout the year, they really do brighten my days and I love my time with them. Unfortunately, quite a few passed over rainbow bridge this year, and I miss them all dearly 🐾🌈

I hope that each and every one of you have a wonderful Christmas ⭐🎄🎅🎄⭐

🐾🐾🐾WE ARE OPEN🐾🐾🐾

I am so happy to say that I am FINALLY open again 😊
It has been such a long time and I am so thankful for everyone's patience over the last few months.

Also, a massive thank you to the veterinary staff who have been so helpful providing referrals for those in need. Allowing them to remain comfortable throughout level 5.

Going forward, I would recommend booking your next appointment before leaving to avoid disappointment.

I can't wait to see all my furry friends again! 🥰

I hope everyone is keeping well with the seemingly never ending restrictions. While fingers are crossed that groomers may get the go ahead soon for a full reopening, it is clear none of us know fully what direction we will turn next.

I am continuing to offer welfare grooms for those who have been referred by a vet as per the current guidelines. Unfortunately, I am unable to offer my services without this until these restrictions are lifted.

I know that most of our furry friends are most certainly feeling uncomfortable by now. Many vets locally are being very helpful and understand the plight of our furry friends with regards to referrals. This is most certainly appreciated.

If you feel your dog is uncomfortable, and in need of grooming contact your vet and I will certainly be more than happy to help.

I hate that this is currently out of my hands, and wish more than anything that I could step in based on my own professional opinion, but the powers that be continue to see things differently 😔

Firstly, Happy New Yeqr to you all, I hope you are all keeping safe and well.

As some of you know the plan was to reopen next week, but we find ourselves in a yet another lockdown.

As we have been deemed non essential, I will remain closed until we are given the green light to open.

I will be sharing the coat maintenance videos again for you all to utilise. So many of you did so well throughout the last two lockdowns, please keep up the good work.

I'm sorry this is the case, but seeing the daily numbers so high we all have to do our part and limit our movements.

If you need guidance, don't be afraid to shout.

I would like to thank you all for your support over the last year. 2020 left us all with very complicated set up following not one but two lockdowns; thank you all for your help in making it easy to adapt.

Secondly, thank you to everyone for the last few days since my Grandfathers passing. Your kind words and willingness to oblige when needing to jiggle appointments has meant so much at a very hard time.

I'm sorry to those I could not get in ahead of Christmas. I hope to see you soon and hopefully 2021 will be a more "normal" year.

Wishing you all a very Happy Christmas 🎄 🎅🏻🎄

🐶🐾Hi Everyone 🐾🐶

As you know, the plan is to reopen next Monday, June 8th once given the green light from the government. I have started to reschedule the appointments that had to be cancelled when all this all kicked off. These are being rebooked in the order they originally booked in. There is almost 3weeks of previously booked appointments before I can get to my list. If you have contacted me, I have taken note and will be in touch as soon as possible.

With most dogs quite overgrown and starting to feel uncomfortable, some may require a shorter haircut than they would usually have this time.

It is understandable that some may be matted as a result of being overgrown. In these cases, I ask people to be understanding that there is only so much that can be done with dematting. Dogs will not be put through long detangling/dematting sessions to keep them looking fluffy. This is an uncomfortable and potentially painful practice and kindest option will be to clip these dogs short and begin again with a clean canvas. I aim to keep these appointments as stress free as possible as always.

I know many of you have joined the list, if you're dog has been recently groomed at home and is comfortable for the time being, could please you reach out to me. Many are not in this position and will need to be groomed sooner rather than later.

For the time being, I will be unable to accept new clients, I apologise for this, but I'm sure everyone can understand the unprecedented situation we are finding ourselves in. This will only be in place until the backlog is cleared.

I hope you are all keeping well, I'm really looking forward to seeing you all soon.

Hello everyone, I hope that everyone is keeping safe and well. Bit of a long post coming 🙈...

Further to Fridays announcement of the Governments Roadmap, it will be Phase 2 before I can re-open, as a solitary worker who can maintain social distancing. This begins June 8th. Of course, this can only happen if the Government is happy for each Phase to proceed. As we know, this may all change if infection levels rise in the meantime.

I am not currently scheduling appointments, if the date does change, reorganising is just frustrating on everyone. I do have a list, which many of you have already joined, and will be in touch closer to the time with regards to appointments.

Priority will be given to those who had appointments already booked, and therefore cancelled when this all began. After this, it will take time to get through the back log of dogs needing to be groomed, I ask for everyones understanding and patience as I work through them.

In the meantime, I ask that you all keep brushing, keep them comfortable. remember there are some wonderful videos further down my page, and I am happy to give you guidance. If you're snipping away, just be safe ☺️✂️

I'm sure at this point many of you know families or have yourself been severely affected by this virus. The priority is that we stay safe, follow the guidelines and get through this as quickly as possible, without going backwards. In saying this, I am really missing my furry friends, and look forward to seeing you all 🐾💜🐶💜🐾

As I'm sure, many of you will have heard the news during the week that we are to exercise caution with other peoples pets.

It is strongly advised that we aren't petting or handling other peoples pets, nor allowing them to handle ours.

Pets for should be treated like any other surface right now, as a possible source of contamination. If an infected person were to touch the coat, there is always the possibility of being exposed through handling them.

Little precautions could make all the difference 😊😷

While there has been confirmed cases of animals infected with coronavirus, there is no evidence which suggests humans can get the virus from domestic pets - however people are still being advised to exercise caution.
