Animals are our constant wellness barometers, if we pay close attention to their patterns in sickness.โฃโ

When I work to heal your beloved animal family, a crucial part of that journey is observing what is going on for you, their guardian.โฃโ

Especially after you have experienced a loss, and there is grief that needs to be given space and time to heal.โฃโ

As when the heart aches with a deep longing, especially after the loss of a beloved animal family member, it can be much easier to distract ourselves by getting extra busy or hitting up the wine a bit more than usual.โฃโ

And as we humans do this, the animals who are still sitting beside us, are quietly taking care of us.โฃโ

As they absorb our unresolved grief, and allow that to manifest as imbalances or illness within themselves.โฃโ

Meet my cat Georgie, the one who has taught me the most on healing animals.

This is how he did it๐Ÿ‘‡โ 

When he came into my life I worked in big pharma as I have a background in science.

And I believed that in taking him for regular vet checks I was doing ๐˜ข๐˜ญ๐˜ญ ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ข๐˜ต ๐˜ ๐˜ค๐˜ฐ๐˜ถ๐˜ญ๐˜ฅ to keep him healthy.

But in his senior years he became diabetic and developed hyperthyroidism.

By this time I had left the corporate world & spent over โ‚ฌ10K on holistic qualifications to heal animals.

So I was ๐˜ง๐˜ถ๐˜ญ๐˜ญ๐˜บ ๐˜ข๐˜ธ๐˜ข๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ of the many ways I could now support Georgie with the ๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐ฌ๐ญ ๐š๐ฆ๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ข๐ง๐ฏ๐š๐ฌ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐œ๐ž๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ.

You see he was a rescue & I knew he'd never tolerate insulin shots. And going to the vets was always a traumatic experience ๐˜ง๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ ๐˜ถ๐˜ด ๐˜ฃ๐˜ฐ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ.

So I collaborated with holistic vets. Taking him into them ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ๐˜ญ๐˜บ ๐˜ธ๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฏ ๐˜ช๐˜ต ๐˜ธ๐˜ข๐˜ด ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฅ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฅ as they can treat animals remotely.

I was able to work with him & make it possible for him to self medicate with natural botanicals.

So he would bring himself back into balance by self dosing with herbs, hydrosols and homoeopathy.

I simply made them available to him in bowls & saucers scattered around the house.

This meant we could ๐ž๐ง๐ฃ๐จ๐ฒ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐ฒ๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ฌ ๐ญ๐จ๐ ๐ž๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ซ at home in a relaxed setting.

We didnโ€™t have to fight one another with insulin shots, as we treated his diabetes early with homoeopathy ๐˜ด๐˜ฐ ๐˜ช๐˜ต ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฎ๐˜ข๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฅ ๐˜ด๐˜ต๐˜ข๐˜ฃ๐˜ญ๐˜ฆ.

When the day finally came for him to take on his angel wings he did so peacefully at home, with me by his side.

And in my 10 years of helping animals at end of life, a gentle passing like that tells me we got it right for them.
