About the so called trainers of BE A PACK LEADER and others like them.
The whole training ethos around the believe that we are "pack leaders" to our dogs is so outdated, and was rejected decades ago by properly qualified/certified trainers. ANYONE using this as a basis for training dogs should be avoided as they are not certified trainers and should not be training dogs or giving advice.
ALWAYS ask to see proof of proper qualification certificates from positive reinforcement trainers, your dogs well-being depends on it!!!

What kind of rehoming facility rehomes dogs without neutering them first?? Not a good one that's for sure!!

Sadly available for adoption through no fault of his own, meet Elvis the pot belly pig. He is 3yrs old, nuetured, extremely friendly, loves children, dogs and other animals, very gentle and clean in the house and has never dug up the ground (although that could change I suppose) Please contact Leah Hartley here on Facebook or pm for her number.

Many people do not understand that the official term of “behaviourist” is reserved for us individuals who have completed specific advanced academic programmes from QUALIFIED educational institutions, and that “certified dog trainer” applies to a range of practitioners who might follow any number of pathways to training proficiency. When paying money for an "expert" its in your best interests to make sure they have the proper qualifications (dont be afraid to ask to see them) or they will probably make the problems worse!
