This Friday, August 21st, Paul Clarke and MJ Winters will take on an incredible 250km cycle from Donabate Beach to Strandhill Beach, Sligo.

It’s going to be a long day in the saddle — but every kilometre has a purpose. 💪

They’re cycling to raise money and awareness for Parkinson’s disease and Motor Neurone Disease (MND), shining a light on two conditions that affect so many people and their families.

From coast to coast, they’ll be pushing through the pain, the fatigue and the miles — all in support of a very important cause.
