Letterkenny Riding club is an AIRC affiliated equestrian club based in the Letterkenny and surrounding areas. New members very welcome.

Well done to Alicia Temple, Keary Smith and Rachel Carton who represented our club at the Stracomer Riding Club run leg of the North West Riding Clubs autumn league, at Castle Irvine Necarne .
Rachel took the win in the 80 Open on her sister Kate Carton's young mare, Stoneman Grace, as well as managing a third place in the Open Intro dressage, aboard Spirit Dancer.
Alicia overcame transport troubles to make the journey to Fermanagh, and was rewarded with 3rd place in the RC90 and 2nd in the the RC100. And Keary, who is benefitting from partner Anne Chambers ongoing recovery, took 2nd in the RC90.
Next week gives us a break from the NWAL before we return to Greenacres Stud & Equestrian Centre for the Tirconaill Riding Club leg on Nov 15th.

The competition season may be winding down, but your fitness shouldn’t!

Nessa is the founder of Forward Stride Fitness. Competing up to 4* in Eventing, Nessa has been part of 5 European Eventing teams for Ireland, twice national champion and produced many young horses with lots of great results along the way. Nessa is both a qualified personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach, and a level 2 HSI coach and has combined the two roles over the last number of years to be able to deliver comprehensible fitness programs for riders at all levels.

In the webinar, Nessa will be looking at how you can use the off-season to build strength, fitness, stability and confidence in the saddle — so you can come back next season feeling stronger, fitter and ready to perform at your best. 💥
