I can not stress enough to please, please book a minimum of 3-4 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.

With me being off for the month of March, there are very limited appointments left until April.
There are currently no appointments left for January, with only a handful of appointments left for February.

Please please book in advance to avoid disappointment, as I will not be taking any appointments during my time off in March 🐑

I have had quite a few messages looking for appointments in the coming weeks. I am completely booked up, and I am currently working off a cancellation list.

I will be off from the 27th of February to the 24th of March 🐑. Therefore, appointments will be extremely limited in January and February (January is nearly booked up🫣). Please book in advance to avoid disappointment🙈 Can anyone who was looking for a January appointment before I had the 2025 diary, please get in touch 🙂

This was a post I was hoping to avoid having to make, but unfortunately, I have to 🫣

I have a no-show and cancellation policy in place, which I haven't enforced, but unfortunately, I will have to enforce this policy from today. Fees will also be changed from today. These are :
- Full price for no-shows.
- Half price for late cancellations.

Also, going forward, dogs that are 15 minutes late for their appointments will have to rebook, and there will be a fee added for this. Also, dogs will have to be collected on time as this is greatly affecting my childcare lately.

Sorry for the negativity, and thanks for your understanding 🐶
