☀️ HEATWAVE THIS WEEK☀️

With temperatures soaring, it's important to remember that heatwaves can be extremely dangerous for our dogs. Unlike humans, dogs cannot cool themselves efficiently and can quickly suffer from heat exhaustion or heatstroke, which can become a serious medical emergency.

Please remember:
🐶 Avoid walking your dog during the hottest parts of the day. Make sure they are walking early in the morning or very late at night. No walk won't kill them

💧 Always provide plenty of fresh water.

🌳 Seek shade whenever possible
🚗 Never leave your dog in a parked car, even for a few minutes. This is life threatening!

At our grooming salon, your pet's comfort and safety are our top priorities. During this hot weather, we are taking extra measures to keep the salon cool and comfortable, including:
❄️ Air-conditioned in the salon💨 Fans and increased ventilation

💧 Fresh drinking water available at all times

🧊 Regular comfort breaks for dogs during longer appointments

🌡️ Careful monitoring of the salon temperature throughout the day to provide a safe, calm environment where your dog can stay cool while being pampered.

🚶🏻‍♀️Please avoid long walks to the salon

💦 TO ENSURE DOGS ARE COOL MY DRYER WILL BE ON COOL AIR AND SOME DOGS MAY GO OUT DAMP TO HELP KEEP THEM COOL..

This gorgeous girl was rescued from Greece after such an awful background, and the stories I was told 🥺 she melted my heart, not a bad bone in her body ❤️ plenty of kisses and cuddles on her grooming session
So everyone Meet Daphne who is the sweetest girl and is definitely treated like a princess now 🥰☺️

Please can people reply to the text reminders
I send out the day before your appointment just so I know you are attending.

With it been summer we have a cancellation list of dogs wanting to get groomed or want a sooner appointment.

Unfortunately I have had a double appointment not shown this morning which is a loss of wages but due to not being notified I wasn't able to refill the slot.

So please just let me know you are attending the appointment and if you do need to cancel please give me at least 24hour notice or there will be a charge of the full appointment if not.

So please just let me know if you can't show up to your appointment so I'm able to refill the slot.

Heatwave bank holiday 🌞☀️🌞
I'm sure my customer understands the dangers of a heatwave to a dog but hers is a reminder.

Please keep them safe out of the heat 🥰

They really ain't going to die without a few days walks. If you are taken out early morning or late at night 🐾

Plenty of fresh water and cooling items.

In the Salon I will be drying on cool air so dogs may go out damp to help keep the salon cool and themselves and we have cooling fans and plenty of fresh water 💦

Keep this bank holiday safe with your furkids and enjoy yourself ☀️🌞🐾
