I always send out reminders the day before your appointment. If you can't make it please let me know ASAP so I can try and fill any gaps that come up, as I hate having hour plus gaps just sat waiting.

If its your 1st appointment with me and don't turn up after having a reminder....(. it s very easy to text back and re arrange.. ) im sorry but I wont be offering another.
