We’ve labelled up 3 collection boxes with secure lids.
One to be placed at Pets Pantry York, if you need to ask anything please chat to Beth, Mel or Angie and they will help.
The second will be outside my reception room at Mill Cottage Pet Crematorium
The third one will be next to the second open gate, up our driveway at Mill Cottage. This is placed so that if we have a car at the reception, this means a pet family are with us and therefore means they can keep their moments of quiet time, whilst you donate into the labelled box
We are also happy to collect any cat 🐱 or dog 🐶 foods from around York when on our travels, so please just pop me a WhatsApp or text message 💜

I’m sure you all remember Charlie who we cared for recently.
Well Charlie’s pet mum opted for something we’ve not seen before at Mill Cottage. A 3D Charlie.
How unique and wonderful.

I was asked by a lovely lady in my village if I created rabbit urns as her 14 1/2 year old lop earred boy, Charlie, had sadly crossed the rainbow bridge 🌈 - I advised that unfortunately I don’t 😢

I contacted my supplier of the 3d printed options (that I’ve shared photos of previously) and I managed to have one made for her 💙

Its came as first photo, shiny black, but my customer asked for it to be painted to resemble her rabbit and is absolutely overjoyed with the outcome

(There is an opening underneath that you can put ashes inside)

Only 3 days until 1st August where we start our collections of cat 🐱 and dog 🐶 foods for Band of Rescuers and York Pet Foodbank
However the donations have started early, thank you to Daz for this huge bag of cat food. And thank you for letting us meet your lovely cat companion.
We will have a donation box placed at Mill Cottage Pet Crematorium and one at Pets Pantry York
Both will have the one for me , one for you poster on.

At Mill Cottage Pet Crematorium pets arrive with stories full of sass.
We send them off with sparkle — first class, never economy class.
Where tiny paws and whiskers seem to whisper “don’t you cry,”
And leave us wondering if that breeze was them saying a final “goodbye”💜
