Hello everyone, we've had to make the tough decision to increase our prices slightly for some of our grooming services 😢. We've always tried to keep the costs down for our customers, so this isn't a decision taken lightly, we've been discussing it for a while. And with the imminent move to bigger premises and the increase in the energy prices, it's something we have to unfortunately do.

Prices will increase by 20% from the 1st July 2026, however any appointments already made up to 1st September 2026 will be upheld at the current pricing. We will also be adding a surcharge of £10 per half an hour for any appointment which unreasonably goes over the allocated time slot (for example: due to unforseen matting and difficult dog behaviour). A small amount will make a big difference to how we operate, but it is also still in line and extremely competitive with industry pricing locally.

It's not all doom and gloom though! 😅 To try and keep things affordable for you, we are introducing new hygiene (half) grooms which is cheaper than a full groom, but still allows your pup to look and feel good! We will also be offering a loyalty scheme, with 10% off your 5th groom or... Make a block booking of 5 or more grooms and receive 20% off the 5th one! 🎉. And to top it off, in order for us to be able to continue to provide the level of service and care we want and you expect for your fur babies, we've increased the time of each appointment by 15 minutes, this will allow us time to give your doggies our full attention 🥰 .

So... Bonni, Lois and I have some absolutely amazing news!!!!

Been desperate to tell you all this after waiting nearly 6 months!! Well, we will be moving the business premises to the new Peter's Yard complex at the site of the Bradshaws farm shop!! It is all dependant on planning permission from the council at this point, but hopefully if this all goes through as expected we will be opening the doors in the late summer 🥰

This is really exciting because it means we will have bigger premises and the ability to bring to you more services for your pets! Our plans are to include: grooming, drop in baths, holistic dog therapy, doggy daycare, adventure taxi, walking, home visits, training (including dog first aid training) and doggy birthday parties!!! Big plans, but if we don't do it, then someone else might and we don't want that!!

Bonni is joining me (Leanne) in this business venture as an equal partner, with the support of the lovely Lois. We will be growing our team over the next year or so as the business (hopefully) grows!

Please spread the word that doggy daycare is coming to Perton in our purpose built facility, for up to 12 dogs a day 🥰 now taking details for the waiting list! In the meantime we have the adventure taxi running 5 days a week if you'd like to book your doggy on 🐶 🐕 🐾
