💕 **Double Diva Day!** 💕

Darcy & Bea, two gorgeous Old English Sheepdogs, were in for their full Happy Hounds Spa Experience yesterday. 🛁✂️

These lovely girls are kept in a shorter clip, so today was all about getting them bathed, blow dried, clipped and scissored back into shape. It's amazing how much fresher and tidier they look after a good pamper!

They were absolute stars as always, and now they're all set looking smart, feeling comfy, and ready for whatever adventures come next. See you next time, girls! 🐾💙

Gorgeous Zuri popped in for her Emmi-pet teeth cleaning appointment. 💕

Her dad is so dedicated to keeping her smile healthy, brushing her teeth every other day at home and bringing her in for regular Emmi-pet treatments. That's exactly the kind of routine that helps keep those pearly whites sparkling! 🪥

Zuri was a little unsure at first as it was her first appointment with me, but she soon relaxed and did so well. Such a clever girl! 🥰

When it comes to dental health, prevention really is better than cure. Regular home care alongside professional Emmi-pet treatments can help keep your dog's mouth healthy and may reduce the need for more invasive dental work in the future. 🐶🦷

🐾 Baby steps for this big boy! 💙

This handsome lad is Otis, an 8-month-old Border Collie who came to Happy Hounds for his very first professional groom.

His mum had warned me he wasn't a fan of the hoover at home, so I suspected the dryer might be a little daunting too... and poor Otis did find the bath, the water and the blaster quite scary.

But that's completely okay. First grooms are all about building trust and taking things at the dog's pace. With plenty of patience, kindness and lots of cuddles, Otis got through it like a superstar and left smelling gorgeous, looking fluffy and feeling much happier. 🥰

I was also very impressed with his ball-catching skills during a little break—we definitely had to squeeze in some fun! 🎾

With beach days out, BBQs, holidays and trying to keep everyone entertained, it's easy for your dog's groom to sneak to the bottom of the list!

I've still got August appointments available if your pup is due a little TLC. Whether they're looking a bit scruffy, dropping coat everywhere, or just fancy a good pamper, I'd love to see them.

🐾 Some dogs steal your heart the moment you meet them... ❤️

This is gorgeous Tim, a Bichon Frisé X who came for his pamper today.

I fell head over heels for this lovely little chap straight away. When his mum told me he was a rescue and the condition he'd been in before she adopted him, my heart absolutely melted. 🥹

Tim was the perfect gentleman for his groom, even treating me to a few gentle kisses! 🥰 I can't wait to welcome this handsome boy back to Happy Hounds for his next pamper.

Rescue dogs really are something special. ❤️🐶

Well... today didn't quite go to plan! 🥵☀️

The gorgeous Bo popped in first thing this morning for his pamper, but after that the temperatures just got a bit ridiculous. Even with the air con doing its best, it was simply too hot to carry on grooming.

A massive thank you to everyone who rearranged their appointments today. I know it's never ideal, but your dogs' comfort and safety will always come first with me. ❤️

I hope you're all staying cool out there... Bo certainly is, looking very pleased with himself in his bandana! 😎🐾

Vinny came in yesterday for a bath and brush, and just look at that handsome chocolate face! 😍

A good bath and brush helps keep his coat healthy, shiny and feeling its best, and he certainly left looking very smart.

**Welcome to the Pack, Rosie! 🐶💖**

A big Happy Hounds welcome to the newest member of the pack... little Rosie! 🥰

Today was the first part of Rosie's Puppy Pamper Package, starting with her meet and greet. She had lots of time to sniff around, explore the salon and get used to all the sights, sounds and smells of the groom room at her own pace.

She took everything in her stride and was such a sweet little girl. We also had a chat about her beautiful coat and what her owners would like her to look like as she grows, so we can work together to keep her looking and feeling her best.

I can't wait to watch Rosie grow in confidence over the next few visits. Welcome to the Happy Hounds family, little one! ❤️🐾
