Delivery Returns and Exchange
Goods are sent out via Royal Mail First Class unless specified Special Delivery. We can send your items to another address if required as a gift. Costs are standard delivery £2.99 or special delivery £6.99. We want you, the customer, to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not please return the item unworn, in original condition within 14 days for a full refund. If you item is damaged within 28 days please contact us to arrange return and replacement. This does not apply to general wear and tear. If you would like to exchange for a different size please contact us and we can arrange to send out an alternative product on return of your goods. If you are unsure place a piece of string around your dogs neck and insert two fingers to make sure it is not too tight. For maximum comfort you will want the size closest to the higher end of the scale. So if your dogs neck is 13" you would order a small, if your dogs neck is 16" you would want a medium. If you have a specific size or are still unsure please contact us and we will make sure we get the right fit. Extra small can be made at 7-11". Small- 10-15"
Medium- 12-19"
Large-15-24"
Extra Large-17-29"
Care Instructions
All collars and accessories are designed to be high quality and durable. Collars can be washed at 30 degrees. The life span of the product will depend on each individual dogs activity levels. General wear and tear will occur as with all items that are worn on a regular basis. It is your responsibility to check for any loose stitching to make sure it is still safe for your pet. Timescales
All collars and accessories are bespoke items and are handmade to order by us here at Salt Dog Studios. We always try to make sure we have materials in stock but sometimes supplies on high demand will be unavailable. In the event of your order being unavailable we will contact you to issue you a full refund or let you know when it is back in stock, if you prefer. Items can take up to 10 days to dispatch (longer during busy periods), however we aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. We will notify you of an estimated dispatch time. If you require something urgently, please contact us and we will endeavour to help in any way we can. Payments
