Tuesday morning in Hedley Hall woods was the Harvey show again 😂🙈. He disappeared behind some bushes and came out stinking, manky and with a deer leg! Arla looked interested but didnt bother attempting a wrestle after a serious side eyeing! Stench stick carried down to the stream where thankfully it sank😂 much digging and head dipping didnt retrieve it so we moved on before he succeeded. We passed the cattle with minimal interest. Billy bossing us to hurry to the next water spot. More plodging. More dead thing hunting...but thankfully nothing found. An uphill struggle ( for me 🥵😂) back to the van and all home before dinner!

Boohoo....wet and warm Monday for the pooches! Pedro was a fun sponge 😂 told Hugo off for being daft and trying to hump Sizzles. Sizzles wasnt happy with the attempt and hid. Billy ignored all the shenanigans and just did his own thing. We were already wet so a plodge made no difference....so why not!! Rain rain go away 🌦

Friday in Chopwell woods with Buster making a guest appearance. Nice and cool in the trees with a bit of a breeze ...lovely. A trip down to the river for plodges and swims to keep the lads cool. Not many out but Hugo got top marks for recall and not barrelling over like an exocet missile to greet/hump passing dogs! Buster ate some unrecognisable baked to a crunch forest critter 🤢. Billy wasnt as barky as usual but bossed me for treats. A treat hunt in the trees to calm them down ( and cos they flanked me at our usual hunt spot so I couldn't refuse!) Hugo and Billy did well finding the treats but Buster was off looking for his own furry treat, thankfully he didnt find one after his first minging munch find.

Its a hedley hall hump day for the pooches. A fair bit cooler today and I think they were happy about it. Everyone had a plodge including Rocco! He got a bit more than his paws wet today! Pedro disappeared post plodge zoomies and Arla joined the chase. No poo rolling and Billy was chilled and less bossy than usual 😂

An early start to our short week...at the woods before 9...we were 1 of a few cars there! Nice and cool in the trees all the way to the river...Billy barking at squirrels as we went and Arla keeping me on my toes with an attempt at poo 💩 rolling....not today bonny lass...I was like a superpowered ninja thwarting her attempt 😂. A game of chase through the water and trees for Arla and a passing spaniel then a nice cooling swim for her and Billy after Alfie the spaniel left. Tree cover back to the van and away as everyone was arriving. Tuesday done ✔️

Fun day Friday in Hedley Hall woods for the lads with special guest Buster. We set off early so we were round before it got too toasty but it was still hot for the ginger skinned vampire walker 🥵! Billy and Hugo took it slower than usual but Buster doesn't know what slow is so legged it about like the crazy spanner he is. The pooches cooled off with a swim while we two leggers melted. A slow steady walk back to tbe fun bus and the walking week was done! No misdemeanors today a part from Busters poo rolling which cleaned off with his swim so I'm not counting it 😂. Have a fab weekend

Another jaunt round chopwell woods and a trip down the river. Pedro got post plodge zoomies then sat and watched the mad bunch thundering through the water. Harvey found a dead squirrel and took it swimming. I tried to get rid of it and the bloody thing floated until he ate it 🤢. Hugo nicked his stick while he was "rescuing" his squirrel! Billy and Arla did some nice swimming while the lab lads went crackers. On the last leg back to the van and Billy kindly showed Harvey something in a ditch on the otherside of a manky ditch....BEST WALK EVER AGAIN....yep another deer leg 🦵. The leg had to be wrestled out the van after Harvey got in with it and he looked most upset by my gravy bone swap....I'm sure he wont fall for that again!

Hump day in a different bit of chopwell woods for a change of sniffs. Harvey was full of beans...had to make do with manky puddles as didnt find any legs today 😂. Billy plodged in puddles and generally boss barked at me to go his way ( turns out he has a better sense of direction than me! ) Rocco and Pedro mooched at the back playing competitive pee-mailing. Rocco had a time out for charging at a passing labrador and scaring a swear word out of his grandad 🙈...he did well though and ignored him when passing a second time 🙌
Arla and Sizzles stayed clean 😱...no puddle plodging or p**p rolling!! Im still in shock at the girls but I'll wait and see what tomorrow brings😂😂.
Pedro followed Billy and Harvey into a deep manky puddle against advice and got probably the deepest I've seen him go.... # FOMO

Tuesday morning mayhem with The Bone Collector! Living up to his name and found a deer leg 🦵! He was around as punch and carried it round like a trophy. Hugo wombled and found a bottle. Arla made a vague attempt at a leg stealing but took the warning that the stink stick wasn't for sharing! Harvey ended up with the leg, Hugos bottle and a stick 😂 ( he was on 🔥 fire today 😂). Billy woke up and chose "bossing" and gave his opinion on everything all the way round the walk 🙄😂
