Posh Dogs would like to thank all our customers for their patience and support over the past year , it has truly meant a lot ❤️

Established since 2003, trained by a wonderful international groomer to the older City and Guilds exam in which a comprehensive breed standards knowledge was key , we have found over the years that this has stood us in good stead with the multitude of different coat types that we now have on a daily basis in the salon as well as dealing correctly with our wonderful existing breeds .

We are a dog led salon where the dogs needs are put first throughout the whole grooming process, where chill out and rests are seen as a priority and prove invaluable for the older dog who would find a two hour non stop wash , brush out and style too much for stiff older legs and the younger baby too who would find it impossible to concentrate that long …a spell on the floor with a bed, water or just a wander is always appreciated by our four legged customers 🐶🐶💗💗

From November we will be back up to full staff with Laura returning from maternity leave and as such will be able to take on new customers that we have not been able to over the past year .

Hello, hope all our customers and friends are continuing to stay safe and well in these times we are now living .

Just a quick note to advise everyone that we have had to increase our grooming charges from the 1st September due to increases in the cost of most of our overheads notably electric , gas shampoos , clipper/ scissor sharpening etc .

Thank you for your loyalty and support over the past years , it means a lot and we never take it for granted.

With the lifting of Covid restrictions today July 19th , due to the irregularities and issues with the track and trace app , we will still be transferring dogs in the secure backyard until the situation is resolved. However masks/ face coverings are not required unless you wish to continue to do so .

Can I just say a massive thank you to all our customers for their kindness, patience and understanding through this Covid experience and the past year .
Your generosity and support has been truly humbling.
Because of this we have nearly caught up with all the cancelled appointments due to lockdown and this little 18 year old business can look to the future with hope .
