Hi all,

Unfortunately, Iโ€™ve been without my work phone for the past week. It should have been sorted by now, but my replacement phone has been further delayed and now isnโ€™t due to arrive for another few days.

The biggest problem is that I have no way of seeing text messages, so if youโ€™ve texted me and Iโ€™ve not replied, itโ€™s not because Iโ€™m ignoring you, I genuinely donโ€™t know youโ€™ve messaged.

๐Ÿ’ฌ Please message me on Facebook or Instagram instead, as I can still reply to those as normal.

๐Ÿ™ If you know someone who uses me but doesnโ€™t follow my social media, Iโ€™d really appreciate it if you could let them know.

Thank you all so much for your patience and understanding. Itโ€™s been quite stressful trying to sort out a replacement knowing itโ€™s my work phone so Iโ€™m on a time crunch. I apologise for the inconvenience and hopefully normal service will be resumed very soon! ๐Ÿค

โ˜€๏ธ Heatwave Notice โ˜€๏ธ

With temperatures expected to be extremely high this week, some appointments may need to be rearranged at short notice in the interests of dog welfare.

I have been keeping an eye on the forecasts and every time I check we are predicted higher and higher temperatures.

While I have measures in place to keep dogs cool, with further improvements being made to the salon today, there comes a point where travelling, grooming, and being away from home simply isnโ€™t in the dogsโ€™ best interest.

If I feel your dogโ€™s appointment would be safer moved to a cooler day or time, Iโ€™ll be in touch as soon as possible. Rest assured that although I am busy I will do everything I can to accommodate anyone that needs to be moved.

Thank you for your understanding as I put the dogsโ€™ welfare first ๐Ÿค
