Just a quick one…
🌡️ HOT WEATHER UPDATE 🌡️
Dear Customers,
With temperatures forecast to reach the mid-30s this week, Sarah and I have carried out a risk assessment to ensure the safety and welfare of your dogs during this period of extreme heat. 🥵
Although we are fortunate to have air conditioning in the salon, we are concerned about the effect the heat may have on your dogs while travelling to and from their appointments. We also need to consider the additional heat generated by our dryers and the drying times in these conditions.
With this in mind, we have made the decision to temporarily adjust our opening hours this week. We will be opening earlier and closing earlier to avoid the hottest part of the day. As a result, some appointments will need to be rescheduled.
We understand this may be inconvenient, and we sincerely apologise. However, your dogs’ welfare will always be our absolute priority, and we hope you all agree.
Our opening hours for this week will be:
Monday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
Tuesday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
We are usually closed on Thursdays, but we will be opening from 8:00am – 1:00pm to accommodate any appointments that need to be rearranged. We also have appointments available next week if that is more convenient.
The weather is expected to cool from Friday onwards, and we will review the situation closer to the time.
If your appointment is affected, we will contact you tomorrow morning.
If you would prefer to reschedule your appointment this week, please contact us as soon as possible by leaving a voicemail, sending us an online message, or emailing us. This will help us reorganise our diary as efficiently as possible.
