Ah! The warmer weather has arrived! 🌞
Don’t worry—our services are still going ahead! We are very lucky to have full air conditioning in the salon to keep your dogs nice and cool, which we know they’ll appreciate. 🐾❄️ We also have fresh water stations throughout the salon to keep them hydrated.
A quick note on appointments:
We know the heat can be unpredictable! If you need to reschedule, please let us know 48 hours in advance. We have a long waiting list of pups eager for a groom; if we can fill your spot with one of them, we’ll happily waive your cancellation fee!

How to prepare for your groom today:
Bathroom Breaks: Avoid long walks, but please ensure they’ve had a quick toilet break before coming in. 🚫🐕
The Commute: Use an air-conditioned car if possible. 🚗❄️
NEVER leave your dog in a parked car—even for a minute. 🙅🏼♀️
Keeping cool at home:
Timing: Walk at dawn or dusk 🌅🌙. If the pavement is too hot for your hand, it’s too hot for their paws! 🔥🐾
Hydration: Place multiple water bowls 💧 around the house.
Treats: Try dog-friendly ice cream 🍦 or frozen enrichment toys!
Grooming is KEY: A well-maintained coat is essential for temperature regulation. Matted fur traps heat! ✂️
🚨 Know the Signs of Heatstroke:
Panting is normal, but heavy panting combined with lethargy, excessive drooling, or vomiting is an emergency. Contact your vet IMMEDIATELY!
High-Risk Breeds: ⚠️ Bulldogs, Pugs, Frenchies, Chows, puppies, seniors, and overweight dogs need extra supervision today.
