• Scott’s & Monarch stables with rubber matting and self filling drinkers
• CCTV
• Alarmed heated tack rooms with CCTV
• Separate rug rooms
• Galvanized feed bin
• 365 days a year turnout
• Summer & winter paddocks with self filling water troughs
• Turnout in small groups or pairs
• Individual turnout also available
• Flood lit 60m x 20m flat arena
• Wax surface 60m x 30m arena, complete with a full set of show jumps
•.Lunge pen
• Off road riding with 6m grass
track around 140 acres at Manor Farm.
• Small private wooded area leading to
onto a good network of bridleways being just a short hack away.
• Farrier bay

• Trailer parking

🐴 Looking for either a long term Loan or Loan with Option to purchase next summer

One of our lovely liveries is on the lookout for a 15.2hh to 16.2hh Irish Sport or similar horse type to loan or with the option to purchase.

Ideally:
• Aged 6–12 years
• Safe, sensible, and fun to have around
• Capable of competing at club level
• Good to hack alone and in company
• Good to shoe, box, clip etc.

Our rider is experienced, quiet, and kind, offering a five-star home with excellent care and facilities.

Please be honest about any quirks — we know no horse is perfect!

Horse will be provided with a 5 * home at Manor Farm Livery

surface ideal for lunging or loose
schooling.

at Manor Farm.

the road and then onto a good network

Today we had our monthly visit with the lovely Helen @ Pro Equestrian Theraplate Bedfordshire. Two of the horses were new to the theraplate, however they quickly relaxed & seemed to enjoy the experience along with the treats Helen had to hand. 😊

A busy afternoon yesterday spent with the lovely Helen@ Pro Equestrian Theraplate Bedfordshire who provided theraplate sessions for 14 of our lovely well behaved liveries. All horses were relaxed and loved the treats Helen supplied. Can't recommend Helen enough. The benefits & results of these sessions are amazing.
