I had some company whilst I wrote some of my memoir this afternoon 😻 This kitty was sat waiting at the table so I chose to sit near him, his energy was perfect for writing, especially as my memoir is hard going emotionally 🥴 Our animals really are amazing at calming the senses 🙏🐾

So my roll top bath I have in our garden always comes super handy on scorching days like today, my little Cocker Spaniel Dotty has her friend Richie visiting as he was booked for a walk, so I collected him and brought him round for a spa 💦👌😁🐾 💦
I don’t wet them too much as just like us humans, if we jump into cold water from boiling hot sun we can go into shock; the same for dogs; paws in and a gentle splash on their chests is enough to cool them without a shock.
1 min in and out and shake it all about, happy woofers 😎🐾

Too hot for me to walk Richie today so I’ve collected him instead of walking him to my house round the corner, for a pup...

I’ve finally seen this gorgeous kitty cat after looking after her for over 2 years! This pic is from one her mumma sent me a few months ago as I’d never seen her at any point on any of my visits over the years. Then this week I got a glimpse of her with my own eyes before she zipped off to her safety spot 😻 Thank you Willow for giving me the privilege of seeing your floofy face 😁
