☀️Summer appointments☀️

For June, July & August I will be changing my working hours to 8am - 2pm, this is due to the salon turning into a sauna even with the aircon on🥵

As we all know the English summer is very unpredictable so I will be keeping an eye on the weather week by week and opening more hours on the cooler days!

If these hours don’t work for you, feel free to pop me a message and I’ll do my best to accommodate!🐾

🐾New pricing system🐾

Starting April 1st, I will be introducing a new pricing system. Instead of a 'one price for all’ per breed approach, I’ll be pricing based on each individual dog, taking into account the style and time needed for the grooming. This change will help ensure pricing is fair and more tailored to each dog's needs.
If you are booking online each price shown will be the base price of the breed, this is not a set price.

❗️POLICIES❗️

Unfortunately due to the increased amount of late pick ups and no shows recently, I am going to have to start enforcing these policies. This isn’t something I’ve wanted to do and have avoided it for a long time but as it is an on going thing, I have no choice.

Everyone will be required to sign a form stating that they understand these new policies which will come in to place as of the 6th of January
