People often ask what they can do in between coming to me to help keep their dog’s teeth clean.
I recently started using Orozyme gel on my dogs teeth. Orozyme Oral Hygiene Gel is a multi-enzyme enzymatic toothpaste designed to prevent plaque buildup, reduce bad breath, and support gum health in dogs and cats. It is non-foaming and contains mild abrasives that work effectively without requiring a toothbrush.
You just rub the gel on their teeth after their last feed. So it’s really easy to use.
To be honest, I didn’t think it was doing a lot, but when I came to giving them a clean, I had very little to do! And their teeth were less stained.
I still recommend feeing natural chews as well, but this has definitely made a difference.
