⚠️ 24–27°C = Uncomfortable for most dogs

🚨 Reminder: No Show & Cancellation Policy 🚨

Due to previous no-shows and last-minute cancellations, we’ve had to implement a strict policy:
• No show = 100% fee, payable before rebooking.
• Second no show = No future bookings allowed.
• Cancellations within 48hrs = £20 charge.
• Cancellations within 24hrs = Full charge, payable before rebooking.

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. Thank you for your understanding!
